Yuroo is built by a small independent team. We read every message.

Frequently asked questions

Is my data sent anywhere?

No. Yuroo stores everything locally on your device. We don't run servers, we don't have accounts, and we never see your financial data. That's the whole point.

How do I back up or transfer my data?

Your data is automatically included in your encrypted iCloud device backup. To move to a new iPhone, restore from backup as usual and Yuroo will come with all your records intact.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Yuroo in the list and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I import data from another app?

We're working on import support for common formats. If you have a specific app or file format you'd like to import from, let us know — it helps us prioritize.

I found a bug or have a feature idea.

We'd love to hear it. Email us with as much detail as you can — screenshots and your iOS version are especially helpful for bugs.

我的数据会被上传吗?

不会。盈余把所有数据都保存在你的设备本地,我们没有服务器,也没有账号系统,更不会看到你的任何财务数据。这正是盈余的初衷。

如何备份或迁移我的数据?

你的数据会自动包含在 iCloud 加密备份里。换新 iPhone 时,按常规流程从备份恢复,盈余的数据会一起回来,完整无损。

如何取消订阅?

打开 iPhone 的「设置」App,点击顶部你的名字,然后选「订阅」。在列表中找到「盈余」,点击「取消订阅」即可。在当前计费周期结束前,你仍然可以正常使用。

能从其他记账 App 导入数据吗?

我们正在开发常见格式的导入功能。如果你有特别想要支持的 App 或文件格式,告诉我们一声,这能帮我们排优先级。
